Keith Hull, Broker, has been active both in the property/rental management and real estate industry since 1999 and specifically as a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. Since joining the Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® as an active member he has served two terms as a Director and has been a Chair or member of several professional committees and Task Forces.
Keith’s experience as a REALTOR® ranges from selling single-family residential, recreational (with an emphasis on new builds and condominiums) to waterfront and agricultural real estate.
In addition to working with individual buyers and sellers Keith has had the pleasure of working with and representing a number of leading developers as part of their sales teams including Intrawest ULC, Skyline Investments, Hanson Development Group and Bremont Homes, with an emphasis on four-season recreational real estate.
Originally from Waterloo, Ontario, Keith has made Collingwood his home since 1996. Keith is a former Municipal Councillor with the Town of Collingwood and has served on numerous Boards, Committees and Associations both in a professional and personal capacity.
Keith is passionate about skiing and mountain biking and is the proud father of two active boys who take full advantage of everything the Southern Georgian Bay area has to offer. Over the years Keith has actively participated as a coach, manager and sponsor through involvement in minor hockey, baseball and soccer.
