I am pleased to announce that I have assumed the role of Broker of Record with Windstone Real Estate, Brokerage effective March, 2016.
First, I would like to thank Jeff Davis, outgoing Broker of Record for his stewardship since the inception of WREB. Jeff remains with the Brokerage as an active selling REALTOR®. Christine Brennan, founder of WREB, continues in her role as Sales Representative and President of WREB. Many years ago I had the good fortune to meet and then work as colleagues with both Jeff and Christine for Playground Real Estate Limited, Brokerage (Intrawest).
This past spring, in a return to active selling as a REALTOR®, I joined Windstone Real Estate, Brokerage reuniting with Jeff and Christine. In my new capacity I will continue to build my own real estate practice working with buyers and sellers across the greater Collingwood marketplace and in addition I continue to have the opportunity (in a sales capacity) to work with leading developers across the 705 area code and beyond with an emphasis on recreational real estate.
In addition to being an active REALTOR® I will focus on Brokerage compliance and growth in my capacity as Broker of Record. Again, I am thankful to Jeff for his stewardship and the confidence both he and Christine have placed in me as we move forward together.
