Work has called and we have to go back to the city. Our loss, your gain. I wish I could take this house with me. We have loved being in Collingwood and this is just the perfect house in the perfect location. Come and take a look at all the updates and changes I have made in the short time I have been here. All new windows, air conditioning, California shutters, enhanced attic insulation, a new pergola, garden boxes and extensive landscaping, front Composite Deck, Large Gate on Driveway, Bin Storage in backyard, and the addition of the garage and paving. It is so close to all the shops and restaurants downtown and only 10 minutes to Blue Mountains where they have events happening all year round.
